Ontario Mortgage Reset (also referred to as "The Mortgage Reset Program," "we," "us," "our") is a consumer-facing refinance review program operated by Jeffrey Ike, Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 (Agent FSRA #M21003771), under Canada Lend Inc. (Brokerage FSRA #11384), a licensed Ontario mortgage brokerage. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with Canadian privacy law, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

If you choose to move forward with a formal mortgage application, we may collect additional sensitive information necessary for underwriting — such as your full date of birth, Social Insurance Number (where required by lenders), credit information, employment verification, and supporting documents (NOAs, T1s, corporate financials, mortgage statements, identification, etc.). This expanded collection only occurs with your explicit consent and is governed by the brokerage's broader privacy practices and the disclosures made at the application stage.

- To respond to your refinance review inquiry and contact you by phone, text, or email
- To assess, in a preliminary way, what mortgage products you may potentially qualify for
- To match your file with appropriate lenders if you choose to move forward
- To comply with our legal, regulatory, and brokerage obligations under FSRA and applicable Canadian law
- To improve our website, marketing, and services
- To send you follow-up communications related to your inquiry
3. How We Use Cookies and Tracking Technologies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to:
- Track basic site analytics and visitor behaviour
- Measure the performance of our advertising (including Meta/Facebook Ads via the Meta Pixel and Conversions API)

6. Retention
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations (including FSRA-mandated record-keeping for licensed mortgage activity), and to resolve disputes or enforce agreements.
Inquiry information from leads who do not proceed to an application is retained for a reasonable period to allow for follow-up and is then archived or deleted in accordance with our internal retention practices.

Under PIPEDA and applicable Ontario privacy legislation, you have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
