1. About This Site
Ontario Mortgage Reset (also referred to as "The Mortgage Reset Program") is a consumer-facing program operated by Jeffrey Ike, Licensed Mortgage Agent Level 2 (Agent FSRA #M21003771), under Canada Lend Inc. (Brokerage FSRA #11384), a licensed Ontario mortgage brokerage. All licensed mortgage activity referenced on this Site is conducted by Jeffrey Ike under the brokerage authority of Canada Lend Inc.
Ontario Mortgage Reset is not itself a lender, mortgage brokerage, or financial institution. It is a marketing program operated by a licensed mortgage agent for the purpose of providing refinance reviews to Ontario homeowners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in the Province of Ontario to use this Site. The services described on this Site are intended primarily for residents of Ontario, Canada. By using this Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Informational Purposes Only
The content on this Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Nothing on this Site constitutes a mortgage offer, mortgage commitment, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting advice.

4. No Guarantee of Approval
Submitting an inquiry through this Site does not constitute a mortgage application and does not guarantee that you will be approved for a mortgage or any specific mortgage product. All mortgage approvals are subject to lender review and are based on income, credit, equity, property details, and applicable lender guidelines at the time of application.
No employee, agent, or representative associated with this Site has authority to guarantee approval, specific rates, or specific terms before a formal application has been reviewed and underwritten.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
